Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the UK is carried out by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on receipt of delivery.  Shipping is £4.00 for all orders up to £50.00 within the United Kingdom.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £50.00

You MUST select the free shipping option at checkout or you will be charged carriage.

Shipping outside the UK is carried out by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For and will require a signature on receipt of delivery.  I am unfortunatley unable to give free shipping for orders placed outside of the United Kingdom. 

Returns and Cancellations.

Returns

• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
• Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

• Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase.  

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or Personalised Orders
• Items on Sale
