About Us

I am an artist at heart and I can’t imagine doing

anything else!

Silver by Victoria is my passion, my baby and my dream. I have the privilege to live and work in the Derbyshire Dales and as I work in my studio, I can hear and see, the beautiful countryside surrounding me.

I am a self-taught jewellery designer and maker with a passion for creating unique one of a kind sterling silver jewellery, which will bring a unique sparkle to people’s lives. My items are available to suit all budgets with something to suit everyone, and are all lovingly handcrafted by myself for valued customers worldwide.

I took my first silversmith course in 2011 and I was immediately enthralled and wanted to do more, after numerous jewellery making classes and lots of self-teaching I realised I had found the perfect vocation, where I was happy and could be myself.

My inspirations are found within the beautiful Derbyshire Dales in which I live and from the world around me. Silver by Victoria is my unique designs, visions and thoughts wrapped together, creating individual handcrafted items from sterling silver. On occasion I use copper, brass, glass and gemstones within my work to create a little colour and diversity. My designs are stylish and understated for everyday wear, with a few eye-catching pieces for that special occasion.

I love the challenges that come with each piece and I aim for perfection within my work, the use of a range of traditional silver smithing tools and techniques I can manipulate sterling silver wire and sheet, to create my designs. This process results in no two pieces being identical, allowing Silver by Victoria to offer our customers unique and original pieces of jewellery.

All my designs which exceed 7.78 grams are hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay office with a selection of hallmarks including my makers mark ‘VLB’

People all over the world are wearing my products as they have been sold not only nationally all over the UK thanks to local craft markets and fairs, but all over the world with thanks to Etsy, Folksy, Amazon Handmade and Internet shopping and of course international shipping
